- Go to www.walkinlab.com register as a new customer by creating a username and password.
- In the search box enter code 612 (Wellness #3 Extreme Blood and Urine Test Panel) and choose LC (LabCorp).
- Purchase test now or continue with other lab choices.
- Confirm purchases in the shopping cart.
- Proceed to checkout.
- Continue after verifying address.
- Choose payment method to continue.
- Follow instructions to schedule appointment.
- Copy your appointment time as this will allow to check-in at the lab or use the QR code that is emailed to you.
REMEMBER THIS IS A FASTING TEST ATLEAST 8 HOURS . WATER ONLY!!
Once you receive your FINAL results, email or text them to Dr. Finley at drscott@docfinz.com
